Once you've experienced Kiawah Island Golf Resort's famed and daunting Ocean Course, you'll probably be in need of a friendlier kind of golf course, and Osprey Point just down the road is your haven. Shielded from the fierce, ocean winds and playing through a scenic and wild maritime forest filled with oaks and magnolias on Kiawah Island, Tom Fazio built a course that is easy on the eyes - and scorecard.
The two are inseparable. Their histories are intertwined, each creating
indelible impressions on the other that so few others can claim. Pinehurst
is the place to experience golf. Come see the eight courses - five originating
from the Main Clubhouse, three on the resort perimeter. Let each of the
144 holes challenge you, delight you, make you think. They are all available
to you, including the famed No. 2. Test your game against the genius of
the most famous names in course design -- Ross, Maples, Jones and Fazio.
Find out why the best in professional and amateur arenas are continually
drawn to our hallowed golf grounds.
No matter what you do by day in Pinehurst, we know you expect a soft
pillow at night and the comfort of home with all the luxury and service
befitting a four-star, four-diamond resort.

Over 500 sleeping rooms (including suites) in five different venues await
you: our signature Carolina hotel, the newly-restored Holly Inn, the quaint
Manor Inn, four-bedroom Villas, and Condominiums.
The Carolina
Built in 1901, the Carolina is one of America's Historic Hotels. This
stately Victorian structure is the centerpiece of the resort and houses
210 guest rooms and 12 suites which have been completely renovated. The
hotel features the Carolina Dining Room for breakfast, lunch and dinner
and the Ryder Cup Lounge for lighter meals and cocktails. You can also
enjoy the hotel shops, fitness center, meeting space, pool, concierge
service and friendly staff during your stay in the Carolina.
The Holly Inn
The Holly is part Queen Anne Revival, part Arts and Crafts, part Art
Nouveau and is an homage to Frederick Law Olmsted's commitment to nature.
Its decor has floral motif carvings, stenciled walls, art glass fixtures,
decorative tile and heart of pine floors, to evoke the natural world and
create an air of relaxed elegance. The inn features 77 deluxe guest rooms
and eight suites with one king or two double beds.
The Manor
The historic Manor Inn is located two blocks from The Carolina and the
Village shops. The inn offers 45 guest rooms and also features Hackers,
a casual bar and restaurant. Continental breakfast is served daily to
inn guests, while full breakfast and dinner service are provided in various
resort dining rooms.
The Villas
Located on the grounds of The Carolina, the Villas are perfectly designed
for the golfing foursome or eightsome. Four guest rooms with double beds
each connect to a central parlor which provides a spacious and comfortable
hospitality area. These accommodations offer an inviting setting for friends
to enjoy Pinehurst and their time together privately.
